How do I make a purchase from you?
- We make it really simple to purchase from us. All you have to do is open an account online.
- We will send you your log in details and password. That’s it. You are all good to start ordering.
Is there a minimum order value?
If you are a wholesaler, we expect you to order like a wholesaler. We dont have a minimum order value, however there is a minimum quantity attached to each sku which you will be able to see when you start your order.
What are your payment terms?
If you are a new customer, your first three payments are proforma invoice and after that you will be moved to 20th of the month cycle. Any dfaults in payments will move you back to proforma.
What happens if some of my order is out of stock?
You can choose to place the out of stock items on back order.
When is the best day of the week to place an order?
We ship orders from Monday-Friday. If you are closed on Monday, then we suggest you place an order between Monday-Thursday.
How long does it take to dispatch an order?
Orders are usually processed, picked, and packed the same day. The courier picks up the order the next day or the same day if it is ready to be shipped by 12pm.
How long does delivery take?
· South Island deliveries take 3-4 days.
· Rural and island deliveries take longer depending on where you are. As rule of thumb please add extra 3-4 days to your delivery.
